The Lion and the Mouse :- Once upon a time, there was a Lion in the forest. He was sleeping under a tree.

A little mouse was playing by, the mouse jumped onto the lion's mane. He accidentally slipped on the lion's nose which woke the lion up. He got angry and caught the little mouse under his paws. "You little Mouse, you annoyed me while I was sleeping, I'll kill you" said the Lion in a roaring voice.

The little Mouse apologized the Lion and said "O Mighty king Please forgive me, I promise I'll never repeat this again, and if you leave, One day I might repay you."

The Lion laughed at him thinking that how will a mouse help me and left the mouse.

A few days later, the Lion was wandering in the jungle. There was a trap laid in the jungle and the Lion was unaware of it. He got trapped in it and shouted for help.

None of the animals turned up to help him. When the Mouse heard the Lion shouting for help, he ran towards him.

The Mouse nibbled the rope and freed the Lion.

The Lion thanked the Mouse and said "That day, I laughed at you thinking, how will you ever be able to help me and now I can see that even a mouse can help a lion. That day onwards, They became best Friends.

Then they lived happily ever after.

बंदर क्या जाने अदरक का स्वाद  :-इस मुहावरे का अर्थ यह है की अज्ञानी व्यक्ति गुणवान चीज या वस्तु की कदर नहीं जनता है । मित्रों जब कोई बहुत उपयोगी या गुणवान वस्तु किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति को दी जाती है जो इसके उपयोग से अपरिचित हो या ना जानता हो तो वह व्यक्ति उस उपयोगी या गुणवान वस्तु को  व्यर्थ कर देता हैं । इसलिए कहा जाता है की बंदर क्या जाने अदरक का स्वाद । 

वाक्य मे प्रयोग और उदाहरण :-

1. करेला सेहत के लिए बहुत ही गुणकारी है मगर प्रशांत को इसके बारे मे पता ही नहीं ये तो वही बात हो गई बंदर क्या जाने अदरक स्वाद।
